• Estimated delivery timelines are shared for guidance only. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier delays, location, holidays, weather or other factors beyond our control.
• Once the order is handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. We will, however, support you in coordinating with the courier wherever possible.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

• Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene reasons, we generally do not offer returns on used or worn products.

• Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos/videos.
• Approved returns/exchanges will be processed as per the instructions shared by our team.
• Order cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Certain designs are limited stock and may sell out quickly.
